Try to come to class with close to an empty stomach. Schedule
2 to 3 hours without food between your last meal and your

Let your teacher know about any injuries before class begins.
This is the only way we can help you with appropriate modifications
and adjustments.

Purchase your own yoga mat. The Yoga Experience keeps some
loaner mats for students who have forgotten theirs or who
are not yet attending classes on a regular basis. However,
it is more hygienic if we all have our own mats. You can purchase
one from us, from a local retailer, or from Internet retailers.
